Pregnancy + Birth
1:1 sessions in person + via distance
Within this sacred space I provide you with opportunities for learning, remembering and being. I’ll share helpful tools, ritual and resources that will support you throughout pregnancy, labour and birth — bringing a compassionate, warm and calming presence to your birth experience.
As your birth and labour doula I am wholeheartedly here for you and your growing family, to travel alongside you as you navigate these thresholds and transformations, to tenderly witness you, hold you and acknowledge you — wherever you are. I support all types of birth experiences and outcomes, including: hospital births, home births, surrogacy births, stillbirth, inductions, cesarean birth, vaginal birth and VBAC — your birth journey is uniquely your own, and your birth support should reflect this.
“I engaged Lilly for Full Circle Birth Support during my pregnancy and the Golden Month postpartum package after the birth of our beautiful baby girl. During my pregnancy, Lilly provided compassionate and gentle support together with evidence-based advice and know-how on navigating the maternity system. During the birth, Lilly provided savvy guidance and hands on support, helping us to achieve a beautiful physiological birth despite being in a highly interventionist hospital setting.”

We can never truly predict what will unfold during birth – each holds its own medicine and opportunity for transformation – however, we can still prepare ourselves for an empowered birth no matter the outcome. As your doula I am wholeheartedly here for you and your growing family, to travel alongside you as you navigate these new thresholds and transformations, to tenderly witness you, to hold you and acknowledge you – wherever you are on your journey.
Note: At this time, I will be working with a maximum of two in-person birth clients per month, and my support in this area is limited to a select number of clients each year. It is important to me that I am able to show up for you fully, with the appropriate level of energy, focus and presence, while also minimising my own risk of burnout. If you feel called to work with me during this time, please don’t hesitate to enquire about my availability — I’d love to hear from you.
