This ceremony acknowledges and ritualises the immense transformation that you have undergone through pregnancy, labour and birth. Together we will collaborate on a deeply personal closing ceremony that creates room for healing to happen, while deeply nourishing and honouring your unique journey.
I draw upon wisdom, ceremony and ritual that is rooted in my own ancestral traditions, cross-cultural postpartum practices of warming and wrapping the body, and intuitive body / energy work. This offering creates a soft cocoon for you to sit in your metamorphosis and allows space for you to practice receiving considered care. This is a space that offers a grounding container for your body to safely land after birth or other self-determined rite of passage. A space where softness is celebrated, where your whole self is welcomed.
Together, let’s reflect on how far you have come, and weave together a personalised ceremony that suits your individual needs in this moment.
Investment: Sliding scale from $300
Note: Key elements of this ceremony — particularly the full body wrapping with rebozo — were taught to me by Mexican midwife Naolí Vinavar and are performed with her explicit permission. I honor and pay my respects to her and her ancestors who offer this practice. I also acknowledge my maternal ancestors, the Gaelic and Celtic peoples, who practiced similar rituals of wrapping, steaming, and warming following rites of passage.

The experience of ending or losing a pregnancy deserves respect, community, heart-felt support, and open dialogue — regardless of when or how it occurs. I am here to remind you that you are not alone in this experience, that you are safe, loved, and supported during this time. I am here to meet you were you’re at, to be a witness, and to hold a brave container for All The Big Feelings without trying to ‘fix’ you. There will be space for your grief, for your rage, for your relief, and for your tenderness — for all of it and all of you.
These offerings are for anyone seeking a softer space to land before, during or after their reproductive loss experience. Here you’ll find a compassionate container for whole hearted listening, sharing and reflection
Each session is different, however, my approach is to offer non-judgemental space holding, companionship and emotional support, interwoven with gentle somatic practices and tools to tend to the nervous system. When requested I can offer informational support and practical guidance based on my own experience of navigating grief and perinatal loss.
Investment: sliding scale from $155
