Who – or what – is there to nourish you in your postpartum? 

Though both are clearly vital – the concept of nourishment includes much more than just food and hydration. It’s also in the things – and people – that make us feel more alive, sustained, and connected. The ones that not only allow us to soften into our bodies, to rest and replenish reserves, but also encourage us to thrive and support us in doing so. 

Nourishment in all its forms is an essential pillar for those navigating postpartum. What feels nourishing for you this season? And how does it feel to ask for – or offer – this kind of care within community?
